After washing and conditioning I fried food and smoke came out of pan even though was over medium heat , I do not like them I. How I can return them . Please advise me thank you

Best for eggs

This is now my dedicated egg pan. Perfect omelets every time!

That said, its versatility is amazing. Cleans up easily too. Just keep it nice by using no metal utensils.

What a difference a pan makes

I was fortunate to not only eat a meal cooked by chef Oren and then be gifted a pan by the host. It is a game changer. Everything cooks better and the clean up is a dream. Bought an 8 1/2” pan right away for smaller meals.

Pan bubbled and peeled 11 months after purchase. CS said Amazon purchases have no warranty.

Pan was great until it died 11 months in. So much for a lifetime warranty and not honoring it for amazon purchases....
