Don't bother contacting them for a replacement because any pictures sent will be reviewed and determined that it was used over 500 degrees. I havent done this nor used in the oven, but that is their standard come back. ("Our cookware safety experts can confirm from the images provided that the pan was overheated to above 500ºF. Keep in mind, the non-stick, non-toxic coating applied during the production process is extremely durable, but is not designed to exceed 500ºF in the oven, or prolonged use at high temperature on the cooktop. I am sorry but we can not process a replacement based on the conclusion above."
Good pan, but doesnt last.

After washing and conditioning I fried food and smoke came out of pan even though was over medium heat , I do not like them I. How I can return them . Please advise me thank you

We purchased a RAD pan two years ago and were so pleased we completed our set. NOTHING sticks to these and so easy to clean. 5 STARS

This is now my dedicated egg pan. Perfect omelets every time!

That said, its versatility is amazing. Cleans up easily too. Just keep it nice by using no metal utensils.

I was fortunate to not only eat a meal cooked by chef Oren and then be gifted a pan by the host. It is a game changer. Everything cooks better and the clean up is a dream. Bought an 8 1/2” pan right away for smaller meals.
