I have had my Rad Pan over a year and the "Innovative Aluminum Bottom" warped. I have a glass top stove so the pan can not be used as it wabbles and is not stable. I reached out to the company because of the "Lifetime Warranty" advertised. I was asked to send pictures and I did and I received this reply-
"Our cookware safety experts can confirm from the images provided that the pan was overheated to above 500ºF.
Keep in mind, the sandwich bottom part of the pan that was applied during the production process is extremely durable, but is not designed to exceed 500ºF.
I am sorry but we can not process a replacement based on the conclusion above."
As I stated, I have a glass top stove and find it hard to believe that my cooktop would heat to over 500 degrees. REALLY? Wouldn't that burn everything? I feel they use the caveat about the 500 degrees as an out. I will not be replacing this pan with a new one. It's expensive and unreliable. There are better pans out there that are cheaper and work just as well or better. Do not buy this pan just to be RAD.
