This is very nice non-stick pan. I used it about 4 or 5 times, so far, I love it.

Small Business Woes-Great pan to use
Finally was able to contact Mark at RadPan. They were having technical issues when they moved. He was more than gracious and promise to send a new pan. If I could remove my “1” rating, I would.

Poor customer service!
I have called, emailed, sent chats. All unanswered. BUYER BEEARE! If you want a replacement pan under warranty, hell would freeze over first! This used to be an awesome company. They dropped the ball.
